Designed from the ground up for the BMW G42 M240i xDrive, these bespoke forged wheels are the result of a direct collaboration between AUTOID and West Forged - a partnership built on a shared obsession with fitment precision and lightweight engineering.
Rather than adapting an existing design, we engineered this wheel specifically around the G42's suspension geometry, xDrive layout and performance profile, producing a set of staggered fitment wheels that are as technically precise as they are visually refined.
The design follows a clean, modern multispoke format with hollow spoke pockets and a machined central hub - both of which reduce rotational weight and unsprung mass compared to cast or flow-formed alternatives. Lower unsprung mass translates directly into improved steering response, faster suspension reaction and a more communicative driving experience. Every wheel is individually forged to order using aerospace-grade aluminium billet, ensuring zero compromises in structural integrity.
