How to install

Required Tools

• 8mm socket or driver (if applicable to your vehicle)
• T25 Torx driver (if applicable to your vehicle)
• Ratchet or screwdriver handle
• Vehicle lift, ramps, or jack and axle stands

Always ensure the vehicle is safely supported before working underneath it.

Before You Begin

1. Park the vehicle on a level surface.
2. Allow the engine and exhaust components to cool completely.
3. Raise the front of the vehicle using a lift, ramps, or approved jacking points.
4. Inspect the supplied undertray for any shipping damage before installation.

Removal of Factory Undertray

1. Locate the factory front undertray beneath the front bumper.
2. Remove all OEM fasteners securing the undertray to the vehicle.
3. Support the panel while removing the final fasteners.
4. Carefully lower and remove the factory undertray.
5. Retain all OEM hardware, as it will be reused during installation.

Installation of Trevora Front Undertray

1. Position the Trevora undertray in the same orientation as the factory panel.
2. Align all mounting holes with the factory attachment points.
3. Install the OEM fasteners loosely by hand.
4. Once all fasteners are started, tighten them evenly.
5. Verify that the panel sits flush against the vehicle and that all mounting points are secure.

Final Inspection

Before driving, confirm the following:

✓ All OEM fasteners have been reinstalled and tightened securely

✓ The undertray is correctly aligned with the factory mounting points

✓ No wiring, hoses, or components are trapped between the tray and chassis

✓ Adequate clearance exists around all surrounding components
