The Akrapovič Sound Kit lets owners of the Porsche 911 Carrera, S & GTS (991.2) control the sound of their Akrapovič exhaust from inside the car, switching between a quiet mode and a sportier sound.

Cockpit-Controlled Sound — Mandatory for Some Cars

A receiver drives the actuators that open and close the valves at the end of the exhaust system, controlled via the Sound Remote Controller. If your car is fitted with the Akrapovič Slip-On Line built for the factory non-sport standard exhaust without valves, this Sound Kit is a mandatory part of that installation. If your car's non-sport system already has valves, the Sound Kit is not needed — contact us to confirm which applies to your car.
