Construction is pre-preg carbon fibre, autoclave-cured with a tight 2x2 twill weave running true from end to end. Pre-preg starts with resin already evenly distributed through the cloth | the cured part is denser, lighter and more dimensionally consistent than wet-laid carbon. The finish is a deep, mirror-grade gloss that sits flush against the bumper and reads as factory-spec under any lighting condition.

ADRO developed the lip from 3D scan data of the Model S front bumper, then refined the underside profile through CFD simulation.
